Working within a collaborative team of three Department Operations Managers, you will provide high level operational support to departmental senior academic leadership in delivering University and Faculty strategic priorities at the local, department level. This includes oversight of the day to day operations of your nominated department/s as well as exciting projects in areas such as community and culture, staff wellbeing,internationalisationand events including Open Days and Offer Holder Days. As a leader of our Department Support Hub Team, you will provide outstanding leadership to a team of highly dedicated administrative coordination staff and contribute proactively and collaboratively to our Faculty Team Managers Group. About you To succeed in this dynamic role, you’ll need to be proactive, highly organised, and customer-focused, delivering top-quality support to stakeholders across the Department, Faculty, and University.
