Corporate Solicitor/ North West/ Belfast flexible. Overview A well established law firm with offices in North West and Belfast City Centre is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its experienced team. Known for its collaborative and client focused approach, the firm offers a supportive working environment with flexibility around location, particularly for experienced candidates. This opportunity is ideal for a junior solicitor looking to develop their corporate law skills based primarily in North West, or for an experienced corporate solicitor open to either location. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions, company formations, reorganisations, and commercial contracts Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, agreements, and contracts Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical advice to clients Support the corporate team in delivering efficient and timely legal services Liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders Assist in mentoring and development of junior team members (for experienced candidates) Working Hours & Location Hours: Full-time, Monday Friday (flexible working arrangements available) Location: North West (preferred for junior candidates) or Belfast City Centre (flexible for experienced candidates) Essential Experience & Skills Qualified solicitor with experience in corporate law (junior candidates welcome) Strong understanding of corporate transactions and company law Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills Proactive and client-focused approach with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Flexibility regarding office location Benefits Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance Competitive salary, reflective of experience Supportive and professional team environment Clear career progression and opportunities for development Exposure to a varied corporate caseload and client base If you would like a confidential discussion about this role, please contact Orla Milligan at Pathway.
