This hands-on role will deliver practical HR support across all regions, managing the full employee lifecycle and ensuring compliance. Key Details: Salary: Up to £40,000 Full time, Permanent Potential for progression Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction across multiple locations. Maintain and update HR policies in line with current employment legislation across UK jurisdictions. Provide first-line support on employee relations matters, including absence, performance, and conduct. Oversee accurate payroll inputs, employee benefits, and support retention initiatives. Ensure effective management of employee records and sensitive data in line with GDPR and statutory requirements. Support the delivery of training and development programmes to enhance skills and retention. Maintain and optimise HR systems to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency. Monitor key HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making. Essential: Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR Advisor or Generalist role, preferably within hospitality, retail, or multi-site environments. CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent. Strong knowledge of employment legislation across Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle. Confident in handling employee relations and advising managers on best practice. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Proficient in HR systems, data management, and Microsoft Office. Willing and able to travel to multiple sites across the UK, with a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
