This is an exciting and highly rewarding opportunityto help young people prepare for adulthood by delivering individualised, outcomes-focused therapy as part of an intensive education, health, and care pathway.This role would suit a motivated physiotherapist with a strong background in neuromusculoskeletal (NMSK) or neuro-physio practice, ideally with experience supporting individuals with physical and cognitive challenges. Key ResponsibilitiesWork as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support young adults transitioning into adulthood through personalised health and care pathways. Undertake highly specialised physiotherapy assessments and treatments, managing a caseload of students with complex conditions. Develop and implement treatment plans that focus on enabling students to meet ambitious goals – ranging from pain management and increased mobility to improving functional independence.
