Deputy Room Leader – Baby Room Location:Leatherhead Salary:Up to £31,500 Hours:Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week over 4 days or 40 hours per week over 4 ½ days Join a warm, family-run nursery right in the heart of Leatherhead! Our client are looking for a friendly, passionate Deputy Room Leader to support their dedicated and creative team in nurturing young children’s growth and development. Role Overview: As Deputy Room Leader, you will assist in leading the baby room (21 babies) team to create a caring, stimulating environment that encourages children’s confidence, independence, and well-being. You will support the Nursery Leadership team, help supervise staff and students, and ensure daily routines and records are maintained accurately. Working closely with parents and external professionals, you’ll help provide the best start in life for every child. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Room Leader in managing the baby room team and delivering high-quality care.
