You’ll have experience working as an engineering manager in a high-performing, product-led agile organisation with multiple teams. You’ll lead one of our engineering teams, and be responsible for championing agile practices, delivering high-quality solutions, and managing technical operations, to ensure your team achieves the best outcomes for our members.What You’ll Do Guide and motivate a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and integrity through coaching and support Work together with Product and Design to plan and deliver work.
