Are you an experienced Financial Controller ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced FMCG environment? We're a high-growth consumer goods business based in South Birmingham, and we're looking for an immediate hire to lead our finance function througha critical phase of systems transformation and team development. The Opportunity: This is a key leadership role with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities. You'll oversee day-to-day finance operations while driving improvements across systems, controls, and reporting. A major focus will be delivering a finance systems implementationproject and strengthening team structure and capability as we continue to scale.
