Lovingly restored from its former life as the Maesllwch Arms, it now features ten individually designed guest rooms and has become a destination for seasonaldining, weekend getaways and special occasions. We’re looking for a Head Chef to take the reins, someone confident managing a brigade, shaping menus and delivering quality across every service. This is a hands-on role for a chef who wants to lead by example, inspire their team and push standards forward.
