Reed Finance are seeking aSenior Finance Business Partnerto join our client's finance team on an interim basis. This role requires a professional with significant experience in financial management, capable of supporting and challengingsenior stakeholders across a complex organisation. Due to the interim nature of this role, the ideal candidate must be available immediately or at very short notice. This role is initially expected for circa 3 months, however will likely be extended and could even become permanent if desired. Day-to-day of the role: Partner with senior stakeholders across various functions to drive financial performance and strategic investments. Manage relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, adapting communication styles to suit different levels of financial competence. Consolidate and interpret financial data from various systems into a coherent and digestible format for decision-making. Provide actionable insights and options for monetary investments. Lead process improvements and system integrations to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.
