Your new role Your new role will be a fully remote-working role, carrying out stock condition surveys on electronic devices. You will work remotely and will record data on the internal and external elements of social housing properties for life-cycle refurbishment data. What you'll need to succeed You'll need a background in property surveying and experience carrying out stock condition surveys or as a Property Surveyor for a housing provider. You will have knowledge of the HHSRS and the ability to effectively diagnose damp and mould issues in houses.
