This is a high-impact role requiring someone with a strong track record of delivering infrastructure projects within the Transport for London (TfL)environment.KeyResponsibilities:* Manage the end-to-end delivery of the depot project in line with TfL standards and expectations* Oversee civil engineering, electrical systems, steel frame construction, and cladding installation* Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including TfL representatives, contractors, consultants, and internal teams* Maintain full control of programme, cost, quality, and risk management* Ensure compliance with TfL safety, health, and environmental regulations* Lead project meetings, reporting, and resource planning across allphasesRequirements:* Proven experience working on TfL infrastructure projects – essential* Strong background in delivering complex multi-discipline construction schemes (civils, M&E, steelwork, cladding)* Excellent leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills* Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, construction, or project management* SMSTS, CSCS, LU-ICI and ideally PTS#J-18808-Ljbffr
