About Rodley HouseLocated just a short drive from the small town of Lydney in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, Rodley House is a charming and quaint home providing compassionate nursing, respite, and residential care to 42 residents. Care Assistant RoleWe are looking for you to work as a care assistant, making a real difference in our residents' lives every day. Your responsibilities will include supporting daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, supporting toilet use). We seek individuals who genuinely care for our residents and aim to create a happy, fulfilled life for them. Some days may be challenging, but you will also laugh, have fun, and make lasting memories. You’ll become part of our extended family, bringing kindness, exceptional care, and dignity to our care homes.
