Operating across multiple markets with a strong Amazon and marketplace presence, we are expanding and looking for a Finance & Supply Chain Manager to oversee critical financial and operational functions.Key DetailsLocation: London, UK (on-site, hybrid, remote with flexible office days) Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive, based on experience Growth: Clear progression with increasing responsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Finance & AccountingPrepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Oversee VAT compliance across multiple jurisdictions (UK & EU) ensuring timely, accurate submissions. Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth. Assist Directors with annual budget preparation and strategic financial planning. Analyse sales, margins, and stock data to deliver actionable insights. Provide financial insights to improve operations. Ensure tax compliance (VAT focus, UK & EU). Support process automation to increase efficiency.Procurement & Supply ChainTrack stock levels, collaborating with the team for effective inventory planning. Work closely with Chinese suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiencies. Manage supplier payments, negotiations, and purchasing decisions aligned with cash flow. Support Amazon FBA stock management and demand forecasting.Skills & ExperienceExperienced accountant (formal qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA not required). Proficiency in Xero (or similar accounting software) is highly desirable. Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills. Understanding of VAT compliance (UK & EU) and multi-currency transactions. Experience in purchasing and supply chain management is a plus. Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment with a proactive mindset. Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience in e-commerce, Amazon FBA, or retail is beneficial but not essential.What We OfferCompetitive salary, based on experience.
