My client, a respected legal practice inSurreyis seeking aSenior Residential Solicitorto take ownership of a thriving residential property caseload and play a pivotal role in the department's ongoing success. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established firm with a strong reputation in the property market. You'll manage a varied caseload of high-value residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and new build transactions. You'll also provide support and leadership to junior fee earners and contribute to business development initiatives.
