They are looking to hire a Deputy Design Director to support the Creative Director, manage projects and collections, and improve the design process. This role is key to ensuring high standards of creativity, innovation, and usability, and will evolve based on the candidate's skills. ResponsibilitiesLead design projects from concept to delivery, aligning with business goals and client expectations Oversee quality control and ensure design outputs meet company standards Assist in resourcing and workflow planning for timely project delivery Engage with bespoke projects and maintain customer relationships Step in for the Creative Director when needed to provide leadership Skills and ExperienceExperience in textiles, fabrics, furnishings, wall coverings, or wallpaper Knowledge of printing techniques and AVA CAD/CAM is a plus Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Attention to detail, creative excellence, and innovation Salary is approximately £60k, with potential benefits discussed.
