As the Lead Data and MI Analyst, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Data & Management Information (D&MI) function. Working closely with the Head of Change, you will help shape direction, drive performance, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring its capability aligns with both current and future organisational needs. This includes identifying skills gaps, implementing targeted development plans, and fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and excellence. The role is central to the development and delivery of data and MI strategies that enable evidence-based decision-making across the organisation. You will design and implement innovative data services, models, and reporting frameworks that support operational excellence and transformation outcomes. You will also oversee complex analysis and forecasting to evaluate the impact of change initiatives on key performance indicators, ensuring insights are timely, robust, and strategically aligned. Additionally, you will lead benefits modelling across the transformation portfolio. This involves working closely with programme and project teams to define, quantify, and track expected benefits, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and the use of rigorous data and forecasting methods.
