Conduct regular site visits to support risk assessments, evaluate operator competence, and identify training needs. Develop and maintain Safe Systems of Work and risk assessments, especially for high-risk or complex activities. Deliver QHSE inductions, training, toolbox talks, and behavioural safety briefings. Monitor QHSE performance through audits, inspections, and reporting, ensuring timely close-out of actions. Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and implement preventative measures. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and all relevant legislation and internal procedures. Co-ordinate and carry out internal audits and manage customer/supplier assessments. Liaise with external stakeholders including clients, enforcement bodies, and auditors. Promote a culture of individual responsibility for health, safety, and environmental best practices. Report hazards, unsafe conditions, injuries, or illness, and ensure PPE is used appropriately. Follow company QHSE policies and procedures and avoid misuse of safety equipment or systems. Remain available outside working hours in the event of QHSE emergencies.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in a similar QHSE role, ideally in a similar working environment. A full UK driving license. Internal auditor qualifications.
