Base pay rangeDouglas Court Care Home are currently recruiting aActing Senior Care Assistantto join our team based in Derby, Derbyshire, United Kingdom .You will join us working 44 hours per week and in return you will receive a competitive pay of £12.88 Per Hour.Adept Care homes provide residential care and residential dementia care in our family-run, Midlands-based care homes. We help our residents to lead enriched, happy, and fulfilled lives, supported by a friendly, caring team.You will be joining the team at Douglas Court a lovely purpose built 43 bed quality residential home for dementia in Ivy Square, Derby offering affordable and high-quality care.We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Acting Senior Care Assistant to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will primarily work as a Care Assistant, providing high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual care plans, while stepping up to fulfil senior duties as required. This includes administering medication, supervising and supporting care staff, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with healthcare professionals. You'll play a key role in promoting the wellbeing and dignity of our residents, ensuring they receive attentive, respectful, and personalised care at all times. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their care career, gaining valuable leadership experience in a supportive and rewarding environment.You will be given a thorough induction into your role via one of our experienced mentors, while receiving both online and face to face training during this time and throughout your career at Adept Care.
