South Warwickshire Foundation Trust are looking for dynamic Band 6 SLTs to join our expanding adult team, supporting patients with a diverse range of communication and swallowing needs across Warwickshire and Rugby.This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who is ready to broaden their skills and gain experience across a range of clinical areas with excellent support and supervision from a well-established, knowledgeable team.What We OfferA supportive and experienced SLT team with regular supervision and peer support Access to CPD including in-house training, external courses, and shadowing opportunities Dedicated time for clinical development and supervision Opportunities to develop specialist skills in areas Access to robust clinical pathways, resources, and electronic documentation systems Flexible working arrangements and a strong focus on staff wellbeingWhat We’re Looking ForHCPC and RCSLT registered Speech and Language Therapist Experience in working with adults with communication difficulties RCSLT Level C/Specialist dysphagia competency achieved A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills A willingness to learn and develop within a supportive team Car driver with access to a vehicleThe post holder works as an independent practitioner to provide speech and language therapy to patients who have acquired communication or swallowing problems within the community including nursing and residential homes. The postholder will be involved in providing communication and swallowing training to nursing homes countywide.Come and join a Trust rated Outstanding by the CQC.
