As a salon professional, "PS Pro", you will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our senior clients through your expertise. Take your passion, creativity, and career to the next level, one senior living resident at a time.Benefits And Compensation50% commission per service performed In this state, a PS salon professional makes on average the equivalent of $24 per hour, based on the 50% commission pay structure. Built in clientele. No Evenings or Weekends required! All styling products and equipment provided, just bring your tools! W-2 employee - unemployment insurance protected! Paid Training - certifications provided We provide you with all the necessary resources to help you achieve your income goals!DutiesProvide a wide range of Nail Technician services which may include, but not limited to: Manicures, pedicures, nail repairs, nail enhancements, spa treatments. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with health and safety regulations. Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client transformations, and engage with the community. Deliver outstanding hospitality to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.ExperienceProven experience as a Nail Technician Strong skills in guest services with an emphasis on building rapport with clients. Familiarity with senior living environment, clients who have Alzheimer’s, dementia and/or special needs desirable.
