Base pay rangePermanent, 0.6 FTE, 22.2 hours per week (flexibility on how these hours are worked)Band 3 - £28,778 to £32,080 per annum, pro rataAbout The PostWe are seeking a highly motivated, proactive and enthusiasticProfessional Assistant (PA)to join our dynamic team across three of our Professional Services departments. This is an exciting opportunity to provide a comprehensive administration support service through managing diaries, organising meetings and events, and handling enquiries, all while ensuring smooth administrative operations.About The TeamThis fast-paced and varied role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief People Officer, the Chief Digital and Technology Officer and the Chief Estates Officer. The postholder will report directly to the Chief People Officer.You’ll be supporting a dynamic and collaborative group of senior leaders at the heart of our organisation. Our People, Estates and Digital and IT functions are critical — shaping our people strategy, driving digital innovation, and overseeing the estates that support our operations and student experience. While their areas of focus differ, they share a commitment to excellence, forward-thinking leadership, and making a meaningful impact.Your role will be essential in ensuring their time is used effectively, priorities are managed seamlessly, and operations run smoothly — helping to drive key outcomes across the organisation.About YouYou will have excellent organisational, communication, problem-solving and IT skills, as well as experience of diary management, organising events, clerking meetings (including the creation of agendas and collation and distribution of papers) and handling enquiries.
