Job Title:Strategic Marketing Manager (Field Marketing Manager) Type:12 month contract (FTC) Location:London, UK Start Date:29 September 2025 End Date:25 September 2026 Schedule:Full-time, 35 hours/week Overview: We are seeking an experiencedStrategic Marketing Managerto cover a 12-month leave of absence in the UK-based Solution-Led Marketing team. This individual will lead the planning and execution of targeted marketing initiatives supporting the sales teams across the UK, Ireland, and South Africa. This is a strategic, high-impact role ideal for a seasoned marketer with experience in both digital and traditional marketing channels and a strong understanding of field marketing within a B2B technology environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales teams to identify market needs and translate them into actionable marketing programs. Drive the regional marketing plan to support quarterly pipeline and revenue goals through deal-based marketing. Support executive engagement initiatives and C-level relationship strategies. Design and execute bespoke experiences such as roundtables, executive dinners, and bootcamps to influence deals and open new opportunities. Partner with digital and demand generation teams to extend event impact through personalized digital journeys and post-event nurture strategies. Track and report on marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and engagement metrics; optimize campaigns based on insights. Create compelling narratives that combine visionary thinking with technical depth to support transformation conversations. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B enterprise marketing, ideally within a marketing technology or software vendor. Proven experience in developing and executing account-based and deal-based marketing programs. Strong knowledge of marketing trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity in the digital age. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, agencies, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Highly credible with sales and capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders. Skilled in event marketing, webinars, sponsorships, partner initiatives, hospitality, and digital campaigns. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results and revenue marketing principles.
