In this role, you will work alongside our cross-functional teams to create clear, engaging, and user-focused content for our products and services. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, writing content, and collaborating with designers and developers to ensure our solutions are accessible and actionable.ResponsibilitiesConduct user research and analysis to inform content decisions. Develop clear, concise, and engaging content for various digital platforms. Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure content is integrated seamlessly into user interfaces. Simplify complex content for users, making it accessible and easy to understand. Maintain a consistent voice and tone throughout the content journey.Preferred EducationBachelor's DegreeRequired Technical And Professional ExpertisePortfolio showcasing Content design work, including content modeling and structuring. Proficiency in content design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD). Strong writing, editing, and curating skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
