Event CoordinatorAre you a people person who thrives in a buzzing environment?Do you love staying organised, thinking on your feet, and getting things done?Whether you're looking for your first full-time job or a fresh start in a fast-paced office role, this could be the perfect opportunity.Type:Full-Time, PermanentSalary: £24,000 to £26,000 per annum + annual company bonus schemeWorking Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to FridayLocation : Office based in Winnersh, Berkshire RG41 5TPAs a Field Staff Booker, you report directly to the Field Operations Manager whilst working closely with the Account Managers and Account Executives to ensure all field marketing jobs are efficiently and effectively booked. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and schedule the right staff for various campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and coverage delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesJob Booking - Coordinate and schedule staff for upcoming field marketing campaigns, ensuring all positions are filled promptly Missed Calls - Contact staff to ensure visits have been complete and data recorded correctly Coordination - Liaise with the Field Operations Manager, Account Managers, and Account Executives to understand campaign requirements and staff availability Support - Provide consistent support to the core team and field staff, addressing any report issues related to activations conductedRequirementsApproachability - Friendly and approachable as a contact for the teams Results-Oriented - Focused on achieving results and solving problems effectively Organisation - Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules simultaneouslyIn return we will offer you:Full training and ongoing support to enable you to fulfil your role to the best of your potential Great career opportunities A fun working environment where performance and success are really rewarded 23 days annual leave (increasing to 25 after two years) + bank holidays Benefits include: Medicash, enhanced pension, life assurance, enhanced paternity leave, enhanced maternity leave & adoption leave + Perkbox and Taste Card!Are you our next investment?
