As our Senior Technician focussing on Pollution and Flooding, you will be at the forefront of our mission to protect and restore our natural environment. What will you be doing? Support, monitor and coach field resources in sewerage system maintenance techniques to deliver excellent customer service.Lead investigations into repeat customer and operational issues within Water Recycling Networks, coordinating with stakeholders for cost-effective solutions while prioritising customer needs.Manage resources to minimise service disruption and pollution resulting from asset failure or service loss.Handle severe weather incidents effectively and utilise systems to monitor asset and resource performance.Provide operational standby cover as requiredWhat does it take to be successful in this role? Ability to coach and support your team with a focus on preventing & managing pollution eventsAbility to lead when analysing and/or supporting on pollution eventsUnderstanding of the Water or Water recycling processesFull UK driving licenceFlexible approach to work as this role includes management standbyWhen on call you must be able to work within a confined space, and at height without restrictions.
