A Snapshot of Your DayAs a HVDC C&P Integration and test lead, you will be the driving force of the complete software development process during the project execution phase. This means, you are actively leading on a day-to-day basis, a team of software engineers to develop and integrate the state-of-the-art Control and Protection systems for HVDC systems. During this process, you as a lead will make sure the customer requirements are fulfilled as well as device an efficient strategy to test our systems to the satisfaction of our customers. During this process, you as a lead will make sure the customer requirements are fulfilled as well as device an efficient strategy to test our systems to the satisfaction of our customers.How You’ll Make An ImpactLead the C&P software development process from startup to final customer acceptance, ensuring compliance with system requirements. Establish and maintain consistent requirements engineering throughout project execution. Guide software engineers during the development and integration phases. Collaborate with customers and internal partners to define and coordinate acceptance tests. Track development and test progress, reporting regularly to project management. Promote model-based engineering and support efficient use of X-in-the-loop environments to meet project goals.What You BringUniversity degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical or Automation Engineering) or a relevant technical field. Several years of hands-on experience in C&P systems for large industrial converter applications (engineering/commissioning in HVDC or similar systems). Flexibility to work on-site for several weeks during customer acceptance tests. Experience in leading small engineering or commissioning teams is a plus. Full professional proficiency in English and strong partner management skills. Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to complex tasks, with comfort in direct communication with customers and internal partners.About The TeamOur Grid Technology division enables a reliable, sustainable, and digital grid.
