The role: As the Category & Insights controller you will be the strategic lead for Category Management and Insight for your business unit. You will lead on all strategic retailer partnerships through compelling and insight focused Category storytelling. You will deliver through though leadership, unlocking shopper led opportunities and influencing brand strategies with data driven insight and recommendations. This role will share valuable insights with Marketing, Innovation, NRM and sales to guide innovation pipeline and strategy plans. Translate Nielsen/IRR/Kantar/Circana/retailer data into clear actions and real opportunities Ideal Category & Insights Controller candidate: Established Category / Insights leader within an FMCG manufacturer Passionate about data, category, insights and people leadership You may already be a Category & Insights Controller, or operating at this level Benefits & details for this Category & Insights Controller role: Strong salary, up to 10% employer pension, healthcare and a wide range of further benefits Flexi working, looking to be in the office 2d per week.
