Base pay rangeDirect message the job poster from NicolLane We're working with a global player in the clean energy space, looking to recruit a Senior Accounts Payable Officer on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of Transactional Finance, the remit of the role will be to take ownership of the accounts payable function for some of their key divisions, and key areas of focus will include:- Invoice processing globally for workflow approval Working closely with internal teams to ensure invoicing is correctly processed against spend categories. Ensure all invoices processed receive appropriate business approval Ownership of the AP mailbox, and main point of contact for resolution of queries Bank, credit card and expenses reconciliations Weekly and monthly reporting on AP ledgers and aged credit Statement reconciliations Proactively identifying and implementing process improvements to ensure a best-in-class function They're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable officer with a pro-active "will-do" attitude looking to directly influence and own the function. You will have strong Excel skills, experience of working with ERPs and exceptional interpersonal skills.
