Your Role: Delivering Results That Matter This full-time role, based at the firm’s office in Beverley is all about helping clients navigate high-stakes legal challenges. You will : i.Advise clients on their best legal options , always prioritising their business, personal and commercial interests. ii. Handle high-value disputes , including contractual, shareholder, and director disputes. iii. Protect businesses from risk , tackling commercial property litigation and business protection cases (e.g., breach of restrictive covenants, springboard injunctions). iv. Draft clear, persuasive legal argumentsthat strengthen our clients’ position. v. Represent clients in court and instruct Counselwhen litigation is unavoidable. vi. Strengthen relationships and expand our client basethrough networking and business development. What You Bring to the Table i.Hands on experiencein dispute resolution / litigation. We’d love to hear from all levels of PQE. ii.A client-first approach , ensuring businesses and individuals feel heard, supported and in control of their dispute. iii.Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills , with a commercial mindset. iv. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilitiesto deliver the best outcomes v.Akeen eye for detailand the ability to craft persuasive legal arguments vi.
