Managed contract governance end-to-end, partnering with legal, finance, tax, risk & compliance, and insurance teams to finalize robust, compliant agreements.Tactical Lease AdministrationMonitored and maintained all critical lease dates, obligations, break clauses, and critical issue triggers to safeguard flexibility and minimize risk. Conducted rigorous quality control of lease data in the real estate database, supporting accurate reporting, forecasting, and audit reconciliation.Strategic ContributionCollaborated with workplace planning and CRE leadership to translate business requirements into space-optimization initiatives, including consolidation and co-location projects.
