This role involves close collaboration with both clinical and governance teams to ensure the effective delivery of imaging governance.If you thrive in a dynamic, patient-focused environment and are ready to lead transformational change in imaging services, we’d love to hear from you.About The RoleAs Quality Improvement Lead – Diagnostics, you will play a critical role in:Leading on quality improvement initiatives within diagnostic imaging services, ensuring they are aligned with national guidance, professional standards, and evidence-based practice.Overseeing incident management, clinical governance processes, and continuous improvement activities that drive patient safety and service excellence.Supporting and guiding imaging teams to maintain compliance with regulatory standards, including IR(ME)R 2017, IRR 2017, and MHRA MRI safety guidelines.Leading audits, evaluating clinical practices, and integrating patient experience insights to inform service development and redesign.Working collaboratively across clinical and corporate governance teams to embed a strong culture of safety, quality, and learning.EssentialWhat You’ll BringHCPC registered Diagnostic Radiographer Knowledge of IR(ME)R, IRR, and MHRA MRI safety regulations, with proven experience in implementing and evaluating quality improvement within clinical imaging services.
