Specifically, must demonstrate higher training in paediatric trauma and orthopaedics, with experience at consultant level, in managing complex foot deformities (0-16 years), congenital hip problems, complex hip deformities and complex neuromuscular and genetic conditions, including but not limited to Cerebral palsy, Spina Bifida and Arthrogryposis. Evidence of continuous career progression consistent with personal circumstances.EssentialManagement, Interpersonal Skills & Other CriteriaUnderstanding of current issues in the NHS.
