This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in advising the business on a broad spectrum of commercial, contractual, and regulatory matters.Key ResponsibilitiesNegotiate, draft, and manage commercial contracts across multiple service areas Provide legal advice to departments, including Operations, Finance, HR, and Development Act as Legal Business Partner to divisional leadership, aligning legal support with business needs Manage external legal firms in relation to property, lease, service level, and regulatory matters Offer guidance on data protection, regulatory compliance, and court of protection issues Support the resolution of disputes and litigation in collaboration with external counsel Maintain and update legal and compliance policies across the group Support procurement teams by reviewing and negotiating supplier agreements Deliver legal training and promote knowledge sharing within the organisationBenefitsThis is a rare opportunity to join a values-led organisation on a flexible, home-based consultancy basis. You'll bring extensive experience in commercial contract law and be comfortable managing a varied caseload with autonomy.
