We are committed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance, working in line with Joint Industry Group (JIG) standards to ensure reliable, uninterrupted fuel delivery for airport operations.This is a newly created role following MASHCos move to a self-operating organisational model.About The RoleReporting to the Operations Manager, this is a dynamic and wide ranging role where you will lead and coordinate compliance activities across health, safety, security, environmental and legal frameworks, ensuring we meet and exceed aviation and industrial safety expectations.You will be responsible forDeveloping and implementing HSSE and compliance strategies Promoting a proactive, safety-first culture across the business Maintaining compliance with legal, regulatory, airport, and JIG standards Coordinating internal and external audits (HSSE, JIG, legal, security) Maintaining and enhancing the companys HSSE Management System Supporting sustainability, risk assessments, and cyber security compliance Acting as the companys point of contact for HSSE and compliance issuesWhat You Will BringProven HSSE/Compliance experience in aviation, fuel, utilities, or process industry (ideal) Sound knowledge of relevant UK HSE, environmental and industry-specific legislation Confident communicator with the ability to influence across levels and stakeholders Analytical with great attention to detail and strong reporting skills Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively Comfortable reviewing and interpreting legislation and policiesQualifications/TrainingDegree-level education or equivalent experience NEBOSH, IEMA or IOSH certification (preferred) Familiarity with JIG standards and COMAH regulations (advantageous)Why Join Us?At MASHCo, we pride ourselves on technical excellence, teamwork and continuous improvement.
