Our client is expanding its services and seeking a talented individual to join as a Transaction Services Partner. This is a unique chance to originate your own work, alongside existing internal referral sources, and play a pivotal role in building out a transaction services division within the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Originate and lead FDD / VDD mandates, operating within the lower mid-market space. Manage the end-to-end deal process Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders. Provide strategic advice on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising, and other corporate finance activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of transactions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes. Requirements: Experienced Corporate Finance operator, in Transaction Services. Demonstrated track record of originating and successfully executing corporate finance transactions. Excellent understanding of the lower mid-market space, with deal sizes ranging from £5m to £100m. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or similar are desirable. Location:The role can be based anywhere across the United Kingdom, providing you with the flexibility to work from a location that suits you.
