As a Store Manager, you will lead by example, providing your team withencouragementand training. You will motivate them to deliver anexcellent customer experienceand build strongcustomer relationships . You’ll drive your team’s performance and focus onmaximising sales . We want you to be yourself, and soon you will be part of the Safestore team, delighting our customers and reaching your store’s bonus targets. This is a full-time, permanent role working40 hours per weekon a rota basis, covering5 out of 7 days . Shifts are within our opening hours: Monday to Saturday from7:30am to 6:30pm(extended hours until8:30pmon Thursdays) and Sundays from10:00am to 4:00pm .
