This is a pivotal senior leadership position with responsibility for delivering loan book growth, managing key stakeholder relationships, and optimising internal processes to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction. The Role: As CCO, you will work closely with the Board to set and execute commercial objectives while leading origination efforts and fostering a high-performance culture within the team. You will oversee London operations, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure business growth targets are met or exceeded.
