We’re seeking a driven, strategic yet hands-on leader to take full ownership of day-to-day operations , drive new & corporate membership growth , and deliver exceptional front-of-house experiences . As the Brand Ambassador , you’ll represent and uphold our core values of wellness, community, and service excellence, ensuring the site operates at the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee overall operations, team performance, and service delivery Lead front-of-house functions, ensuring a welcoming and efficient member experience Develop and manage new and corporate membership opportunities Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships Work closely with the CEO to align operational delivery with strategic goals Champion brand values and represent the business externally Lead events, promotions & drive business growth & expansion by bringing new ideas and strategies to the table What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a General Manager role within the wellness, hospitality, or premium/luxury membership sector Strong commercial acumen with a track record of developing membership and new business opportunities Exceptional leadership skills – able to inspire, manage, and motivate teams A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution Entrepreneurial mindset, we are looking for someone who will treat this high-profile business as if it were their own Service-driven, with a passion for wellness and delivering excellence Great business developer!
