We’re a multi-disciplined team, creating content for integrated marketing campaigns, brand experiences and brand identity. We currently have a team of around 40; a mix of Creatives, Brand and Digital Designers, Editors and Content Producers and Creative Project Managers, supplemented by freelancers when specialist skills are needed or workload dictates.Everyone that succeeds here enjoys the diversity of clients and projects and is driven to do great work that will have a positive effect on our clients’ businesses.OUR LONDON OFFICEBurson employs over 450 people in the UK, and our stunning Southwark offices run over two floors as part of the larger WPP Campus, Rose Court. We have access to a beautiful roof terrace with panoramic views across London and a bar/restaurant area, which is a great spot for client meetings and socialising with the wider agency and other WPP OpCo’s.What You'll DoLead & Elevate Creative Agenda: Act as a catalyst for the Studio's creative vision, driving excellence in craft and leading major, complex projects. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, partnering with account leads to present work with clarity and confidence, ensuring consistent delivery. Team Leadership & Development: Inspire and guide the team through feedback and mentorship, fostering growth while maintaining high creative standards. Strategic Visionary: Provide fresh ideas and evolve the Studio’s creative offering, pushing boundaries while remaining focused on strategic goals. Project Ownership: Lead creative processes from inception to execution, ensuring all stages of development are challenging and delivering outstanding results. Collaborative Work with Creative Directors: Support and contribute to the development of concepts, adding your unique mark to initial ideas or starting projects from scratch. Creative Problem-Solving: Condense client briefs, understand the core issues, and present various creative solutions that are on budget, on time, and exceed client expectations. New Business & Proposal Leadership: Play a key role in structuring new business proposals, ensuring excellence and consistency in all submissionExperience That Contributes To SuccessCreative Leadership: Produce original, outstanding work, challenge briefs, and ensure ideas align with client objectives, while inspiring your team to elevate their creativity. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, respected client relationships, confidently present ideas, and lead creative pitches to win new business. Commercial Awareness: Lead projects with a focus on delivering high-quality creative work on time and within budget, while remaining mindful of production feasibility. Team Development & Mentorship: Manage, mentor, and develop your team, encouraging creativity and providing constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential. Innovative Thinking & Inspiration: Stay ahead of trends, seek out inspiration outside immediate tasks, and introduce new creative approaches to the team to keep work fresh and relevant. Collaboration & Support: Work closely with Creative Directors, Producers, and Project Managers to ensure smooth project delivery and support in scoping and costing new business opportunities. Cultural Leadership: Act as a Burson ambassador, support cultural initiatives (e.g., Equal, Roots), and demonstrate the agency’s core values through your leadership and work.
