This is your chance to share your fire and security expertise, inspire apprentices, and shape the next generation of engineers.Technical Tutor Key Responsibilities* Deliver practical and theory-based training in fire and security systems, aligned to the FESS Level 3 standard* Develop engaging course materials, including classroom presentations and online modules* Coach, mentor, and assess apprentices through practical workshops and written assignments* Collaborate with the management team to meet academy development goals and quality standards* Liaise with external clients, awarding bodies, and recruitment partners to maintain compliance and maximize learner success* Provide career advice, support apprentice recruitment, and promote commercial training offeringsWhat We’re Looking For From the Technical Tutor* Proven experience installing or servicing fire and security systems* Strong technical background aligned to Fire & Security Standards (FESS)* Excellent communicator—comfortable presenting to groups and writing learner documentation* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with virtual training platforms* Highly organi...
