Key Responsibilities Include:Undertake all general maintenance building work in order to maintain all premises owned by Saffron or those they have an interest in. Undertake building work in association with improvements, minor works and smallnew build contract. Carryout all work of a maintenance nature as required; this may include but is not limited to - Carpentry, UPVC Door and Window repairs, Tiling and Minor Plumbing. All 1st and 2nd fix Carpentry.
