Job DescriptionBusiness Operations CoordinatorDeeside/Hybrid workingWorking Monday to Friday 8.30-17.00 37.5 hours per week competitive, plus excellent career development, discounted products and services and much moreWe are currently seeking to recruit a Business Operations Co-ordinator to join our highly dedicated Business Operations team in Deeside. This position is a Hybrid working role. You will effectively bridge the gap between the Sales Teams, our Customers and Finance. Looking after a portfolio of Customers, the main areas of support are Price maintenance, Reporting, Customer Facing Buying Lists, including Admin support for a wide range of requests.A highly professional self-starter, you will already be accustomed to working within a fast-paced environment where the delivery of excellence in service is paramount.Pro-active and self-motivated, you will be highly IT literate, customer-focused, commercially astute and confident in your approach with both internal and external partners.Key Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships, at Sector Manager level & with a portfolio of customersAttend customer and business meetings/callsBe a primary point of contact on customer and business queriesRegularly engage with Sector Managers to discuss actions in support of both business and customer activitiesWork pro-actively to improve the customer experienceProduce regular sales, product, pricing, and delivery reportsMaintain Pricing, Buying Lists, Product Substitutions & Discounts in line with requests by Sector Manager/customer/supply chain and through bulletins/regular cleansingAlignment of internal buying lists with customers/3rd party ordering systemsIdentifying & correct IMS issues for ESI customersUpdate promotional pricing activityOrder and organise sales and promotional samplesProvide buddy cover when requiredWork with Sector Manager to set up nominated linesAssisting with product recalls, collating allergen information & customer allocationsKnowledge, Skills & ExperienceHighly IT literate - MS Office (Excel)Experience working in a fast moving, pressurised team environmentCommercial awarenessCustomer focusedGood team playerEffective communicatorAble to prioritise workloads and work well under pressureAttention to detail
