This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse caseload of property matters in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a wide range of commercial and residential property transactions , including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and disputes. Provide expert legal advice to landlords, tenants, developers, and investors . Draft and negotiate leases, tenancy agreements , and other property-related documents. Conduct property due diligence and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with other professionals. Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE . Strong experience in property transactions, leases, and landlord/tenant disputes . Proficient with Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and the Land Registry Portal . Excellent communication and negotiation skills . In-depth knowledge of property law and current legal developments. Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure. Experience in a CQS-accredited firm . Familiarity with Infotrack .
