Assist in delivering tailored learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher. Help manage behaviour and promote a positive learning environment. Support students with communication, social, emotional, and physical needs. Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement individual learning plans (ILPs).Requirements:Experience working with children or young people, ideally within an SEN setting. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
