This role is highly visible and people-focused, suitable for someone bubbly, approachable, and confident in communication. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, supporting facilities operations and health 'safety standards. Key Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for visitors and staff Conduct routine health and safety checks Support coordination of contractors and suppliers Assist with daily facilities management tasks Maintain a professional and welcoming front-of-house presence Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, approachable, proactive attitude Experience in facilities, reception, or customer contact roles preferred Willingness to undertake mandatory training (IOSH Asbestos Awareness, Fire Incident Management, Managing Contractors and Suppliers) What’s on Offer:On-the-job training and development Free on-site parking One-stage face-to-face interview Potential for a permanent role with a leading utilities organization To apply or learn more, click APPLY below.
