Undertake psychological therapy assessments including risk assessments and provide an appropriate intervention including referring on to more appropriate services. Maintain client records appropriately and collect anonymised data for organisational feedback. Contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality Occupational Health services to all client groupsMain duties of the jobWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate psychological therapist to deliver high-quality therapeutic services and clinical supervision within our Occupational Health team. The role involves providing evidence-based psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention to employees, supporting both individual mental health and organisational wellbeing. You’ll supervise other clinicians, manage complex cases, assess and manage risk, and contribute to multidisciplinary collaboration across HR and Occupational Health.
