The position involves working in a fast-paced environment to oversee a small team, improve Quality Management Systems, collaborate with senior operations peers, and lead continuous improvements in techniques and quality. Quality ManagerLocation: Higher Bentham Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (Depending on Experience) Benefits include: 25 days plus Bank Holidays, Company pension, life insurance. Your Responsibilities Will Include But Not Be Limited ToSchedule and undertake internal audits. Support R&D and technical teams (FMEA). Manage quality aspects within the business management system. Oversee calibration of measurement devices. Lead workshops, projects, and investigations. Support quality control processes. Analyze and present KPI results to senior management. Review and update procedures to support the business. Coordinate audits from external and third-party inspectors. Promote a quality culture across the business. To Apply You MUST Have Or HoldKnowledge of problem solving and continuous improvement processes. Internal auditing experience. MRP experience. Excellent time management skills. Understanding of Lean principles in manufacturing. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Knowledge of HSE.
