About the role: The Digital Learning Designer is responsible for developing digital content for our open, tailored, and in-house programmes, in addition to ad hoc internal designs. The role focuses on taking our intellectual property and programme content, and creating engaging learning activities, videos, graphics, and presentations. The role works in tandem with the Operations team to develop our client solutions into highly engaging and interactive content. Working collaboratively across teams, this role ensures that all Roffey Park digital content maintains the highest standards of design and brand consistency whilst meeting diverse internal and external (client) needs. Key responsibilities include: ·Brand Consistency ·Quality Assurance About you: You should have: ·Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) · Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory ·Strong visual design sense and attention to detail ·Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills ·A qualification in graphic design, Multimedia, Communications, or proven experience in a related field ·Basic video editing skills and familiarity with AI content creation tools You’ll need to be: ·Highly proficient in PowerPoint, including animations and advanced features ·Able to work autonomously in a planned and organised way within a team structure and goals ·Flexible, a team player, who supports others and shares learning ·Able to challenge constructively and respond positively and effectively to being challenged to change or improve ·Curious and always seeking to assist and mentor others. ·Able to work as part of an international team ·A persuasive, compelling and effective communicator in writing and with/for a wide range of audiences If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
