That’s what delivering great healthcare should feel like.What you will be doing: With experience from NHS or private care, oversee and provide high-quality care in aLearning Disability & Autismsetting, support your team, and promote teamwork.As a Charge Nurse, you’ll lead and coordinate nursing care and clinical services, ensuring your unit operates effectively. You will; Delegate nursing tasks and coordinate with other teams Monitor service users’ conditions and respond to changes Supervise team members and provide guidance Make decisions on service user assignments, staffing, and resources Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals No two days are the same, offering both engagement and routine.Things you will have:A relevant nursing qualification NMC registration (RMN or RNLD) A positive, caring, and compassionate attitude A commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care Experience in a similar environment Proven leadership skills Where you will be working: Location:Tottle Brook House, Calverton Drive, Strelley, Nottingham, NG8 6QNTottle Brook House features five bespoke apartments within a registered care setting with 24-hour nursing support.
