Your Next Role: Patient Administrator We are looking for a new Patient Administrator to join our Bristol sites. This will be 40 hours over 5 days per week, including weekends on a rota basis. We’re looking for a proactive and people-focusedPatient Administratorto join our busy team at our Bristol clinic. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and will support a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. What You'll Do Booking patient appointments and managing clinic schedules Answering phone calls and responding to emails with professionalism and empathy Handling incoming and outgoing post, and preparing patient letters Managing both face-to-face and telephone enquiries from patients and colleagues Ensuring accurate record-keeping and data entry Supporting the wider clinical and administrative team as needed What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is caring, organised, and passionate about people and service. You could have previous experience, or be at the start of your career in healthcare. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys helping others. Our clinics can be busy, and patients may feel nervous about their procedures – so it’s essential that you’re friendly, reassuring, and calm under pressure.
